These Terms describe use of the informational marketing site AaronMarketing.ai. The site is operated by the maintainer of the open-source aaron-marketing-skills repository. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

AaronMarketing.ai is a marketing and documentation surface for an open-source skills library. Content is provided for general information about the open-source skills library. Product claims and outcome disclaimers from the library also apply:
These skills assist brand-narrative, SEO/GEO, influencer-marketing, paid-ads, email-marketing, product-launch, and organic-social workflows but do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, traffic, engagement, conversions, ROAS, deliverability, or business outcomes. Compliance checks are guidance, not legal advice.
Open-source skills license
The skills library is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. See the repository LICENSE and related notices on GitHub. Using, copying, or redistributing the skills is governed by that license, not by a paid SaaS subscription on this site.
No warranty
THE SITE AND ANY LINKED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site (abuse, scraping that degrades service, attempts to break security, or illegal activity).
- Do not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment without permission.
- Do not remove attribution or license notices required by Apache-2.0 when redistributing the skills.
- Marketing and compliance skills offer guidance only; you remain responsible for your own campaigns, disclosures, and legal obligations.
Intellectual property
Site branding, copy, and layout for AaronMarketing.ai are provided for site use. The skills code and content remain subject to Apache-2.0 and any NOTICE files in the repo. Trademarks and product names of third parties belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF AARONMARKETING.AI AND THE MAINTAINER OF THE OPEN-SOURCE REPO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR THE SKILLS. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (CURRENTLY ZERO). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
