Who we are

This policy describes the marketing site at AaronMarketing.ai and how it relates to the open-source project aaron-marketing-skills. The site is operated by the maintainer of that repository. Contact: [email protected].

What this policy covers

It covers the informational marketing website. Runtime behavior of the skill bundle itself is described separately in the repository privacy document (linked below). This is a marketing-site + open-source skills product: no Day-1 user accounts on the site.

What data we may process

• No accounts on Day-1: the site does not offer login or paid billing accounts.
• Email capture (optional): if you submit an email capture form, we process your email address, optional role, and page/intent metadata (intent, source, page type, topic, discipline) to complete double opt-in and send the updates you requested. Nothing is subscribed until you confirm via the link in the transactional email from [email protected].
• ESP: email delivery and contact preferences are handled by Resend (topics such as welcome / newsletter / product-updates; unsubscribe links in marketing templates).
• Contact: if you email [email protected], we receive the content of that message and whatever metadata your mail provider includes.
• Analytics (optional): when enabled via PUBLIC_GA4_ID, this site may load Google Analytics 4 property G-BPQH2JMHR0. If the env var is unset, GA4 scripts do not load.
• Server / operator logs: if you expose the site through a tunnel or host, the operator’s stack may log standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, path, timing). That is environment-controlled, not a product account system.

Cookies and analytics

Optional GA4 may set or read cookies / similar identifiers according to Google’s products. Without GA4 enabled, this static marketing site does not rely on first-party advertising cookies. Browser storage used by third-party widgets (if any are added later) should be disclosed in an updated policy.

Third parties

• GitHub — source hosting, issues, and links to the skills library (subject to GitHub’s terms and privacy policy).
• Google Analytics 4 — only when PUBLIC_GA4_ID / G-BPQH2JMHR0 is enabled.
• Email / Resend — messages to [email protected] transit ordinary email infrastructure; optional capture/confirm/marketing sends use Resend on aaronmarketing.ai / e.aaronmarketing.ai.

Skills library privacy

Privacy expectations for the installable skills (local runs, memory sanitization, CI secret/PII checks) are documented in the open-source repo:

Children

This site and library target professional marketers and builders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can avoid optional analytics by using the site without PUBLIC_GA4_ID set, blocking third-party scripts in your browser, or contacting us if you believe we hold something you sent by email and want it deleted where feasible. For marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email [email protected]. Capture forms require double opt-in confirmation before subscription.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will ship with a clear effective date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
